    We accept payment for any invoice by debit or credit card. When you can make payment will depend on the type of booking you have made. In-Person Open Course You can make payment by card once you have received an invoice from us. You will only see the option to pay by invoice in the booking form. Online Open Course You can make payment by card at the time of booking or once you have received an invoice from us.   • Paying by Invoice
    Should you wish to pay for your booking by invoice, here's some useful information to help you understand our process. Invoices for course bookings are produced as part of an automated process. They are produced once we can confirm we have the minimum numbers for a course to run - but as a minimum will be with you 14 days before the course date for in-person courses and 7 days before online courses.   • What Currency Will the Payment be Processed In?
    We issue invoices in GBP and Euro. This will be clearly shown on your invoice. Ou payment form provides an option to select the currency that you would like to pay in. It's important that you select the currency related to your invoice. Should the incorrect currency be selected, you may have to pay additional charges from your bank and, once the currency conversion has taken place, the full amount of your invoice may not be paid.   • What details do I need to make a payment?
    You will need to have the invoice we have sent you at hand. We need some details from it to allow us to match up your payment to the invoice. This includes: The invoice number The invoice amount Invoice currency If payment is submitted without these details, we may not be able to match up your payment with your account.Some readers
  • Do You Accept American Express?
    In short, no. Our payment processor can't process American Express payments at this time.Some readers
  • My payment has been declined. Why?
    There are 2 common reasons why the payment form will decline your payment: If the response includes a statement similar to 'processor decline', this means that your bank is declining the payment. You should double check all of the details you have added to the form and try again. If it still fails you will need to contact your bank for further information If the message includes the letters AVS, this means that the address you have added to the form doesn’t match that of the one where ySome readers
  • AVS Does Not Match
    If you are having issues making a card payment then one of the most common reasons we see for this is linked to an address check. If the response message includes the letters AVS, this means that the address you have added to the form doesn’t match that of the one where your statements are sent. Only certain card issuers check this.   • How Do I Make a Payment?
    Open Courses We'll produce an invoice 14 days before the course date. This invoice is due for immediate payment or at least before the course date.. If there any any issues with this you should contact us ASAP. We understand that this isn't always possible and we're happy to accommodate this.   • My Payment Won't Complete
    There could a number of different reasons why the card payment you are trying to make will not complete. One of the main reasons we come across is that 3D Secure or SCA (Strong Customer Authentication) hasn't been completed. Since September 2019, companies who accept card payments have had to integrate 3D Secure into payment forms.   • Can I Get a VAT Invoice/Receipt?
    Where a booking has been made and the option to pay by invoice selected as the payment method, a VAT invoice will be emailed to you 14 days before the course date for in-person courses and 7 days for online courses.
