How to Book an Open Course
The quickest and easiest way to book an open course is by using our online booking system. You can search for courses via our schedule, or if you have already found the course you would like to book, then from the page you are on. Once you have found the course you wish to attend, select the date and click onto it. How Do I Cancel a Booking?
We're sorry to hear that you'd like to cancel your course. If you do wish to cancel then you'll need to let us know. You can do this by filling out our cancellation form. You'll find a link to the form below: UK Cancellation Form Ireland Cancellation Form You will need your booking reference. You can find this on the my account section under my course bookings. I've Booked the Wrong Course Date
If you have processed a booking having selected the wrong date from the available dates list, fear not. It's an easy fix. Just send us a message via the messaging system (the little green circle that's bottom right of your screen) or via our contact us page. Please tell us your booking reference number, email address and the date you would like to attend. We'll swap this for you and send you a new confirmation email. An Account Already Exists for this Email Address
If you are seeing this message, it means that you (or someone with the email address you are using) has booked with us before and you already have an account with us. The quickest way to rectify this is to reset your password. Click here to see how to do this.
User registration is currently not allowed
This message is usually related to your browser blocking something that our website needs to load. You might want to try and use a different browser as this usually solves the issue. Alternatively, just send us a message and we'll send over a booking form for you complete.
My Booking Keeps Disapearing
To make things easier for you we only allow you to process one booking at a time. This is so each booking you make has an individual reference number. If you've added more than one course to your cart only the most recently added will be shown. Just process this booking then come back and complete the next. We'll save all of your billing details etc. to speed up the processing of the second booking.
How Much Are Your Open Courses?
Our open courses are £299 inc VAT per person. This rate includes: The training course Lunch Refreshments throughout the day Course materials to take away Certificate of Attendance
When Will I Get Joining Instructions?
Joining instructions will be send to delegates and the person booking the course (if they are different) 14 days before the course date. If you haven't received anything from us after that time then please contact us quoting your booking reference number.
How Do I Let You Know About Special Requirement?
You can let us know about any special requirements at the time of booking in the booking form. If you need to let us know later then just send us a message quoting your booking reference. We'll pass your request onto the venue.
Is the Course Guaranteed to Run?
We'd love to be able to guarantee that every advertised course will run. Sadly this is impossible. Our open courses are driven by need and we do need a minimum number of people for the course to run. This ensures interactivity on the day and to make is feasible. We make every effort to run courses, even if it means low numbers. If we do need to cancel a course that you have booked then we'll give you at least 14 days notice. We'll offer you a free transfer onto a later date or to another loca
How Do I Pay for My Course?
Open Courses We'll produce an invoice 14 days before the course date. This invoice is due for immediate payment or at least before the course date.. If there any any issues with this you should contact us ASAP. We understand that this isn't always possible and we're happy to accommodate this. If you decide to cancel your booking, then as per the booking terms and conditions, you may be charged. Our cancellation charges are as follows: Cancellations within 10 days of the training start date will be charged the full course fee.
