Pay in 3 With Klarna

You can split the payment of your booking into 3 equal payments with Klarna. This option is available for all open courses and in-house courses.

Note: A 2.5% surcharge will be added to the final amount of your booking when paying by this method.

You can select this payment method on the final page of the booking form by selecting Pay in 3 with Klarna.

How it Works

You can split the payment for your course over 3 interest free payments
The first payment is paid when you set up your payment, with 2 further payments made in the following 2 months
You will need a debit/credit card to complete your payment with Klarna

The Process

To pay with Klarna, select this option from the payment options at the end of the booking form
We'll process and confirm your booking at this point
14 days before the course date, we'll send your joining instructions and an invoice for payment. It's at this point where we will also send details of how to set up your Klarna payment
Once you receive the email to complete your payment, click the link to go to the Klarna checkout page
Complete all of the details in the checkout page to set up your payment
Once complete, your payment will then be managed by Klarna

You must complete this before the course date in order to use this payment method. Failure to complete will mean your booking will revert to pay by invoice and the full amount will become payable. Choosing not to pay will not cancel your booking. Your booking is confirmed at the point of accepting the terms and conditions and must be cancelled in accordance with these.
