I'm Logged In Somewhere Else
If you've tried to login and you see the message that you're logged in somewhere else, you won't be able to access the site or your courses until you log out on the other device. When you sign up for a course we extend you a licence to access the material and this licence is just for you. For security and also to protect our content, we can only allow you to access the site on one device. This prevents sharing of login details. Once you have found the eLearning course you would like to complete, you'll need to complete the registration for it. From the course page, click the orange Buy This Title Button. This will take you to the registration form. Complete your details and add your payment details. Once payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation. If you need to contact us for help or support, you'll need to be logged into your account. From the My Messages section (you'll find this in the left menu). If you attend a course where we have a corresponding eLearning training course, then you can can have free access to this eLearning course. You can see the current eLearning courses available here. To get access you need to have: Paid for your in-person or online virtual course Attended the course Left feedback for your course Providing the above criteria is met, access will automatically be granted. If you see a message in place of a video saying the video cannot be played or is blocked (you may see various messages) it means something on your device or browser is blocking the video. Videos can only be played when they are called from the correct website address; however, we have seen some examples of anti-virus software changing the video URL which means our system thinks it's been called from somewhere it shouldn't be.
