How Do I Cancel a Booking?
We're sorry to hear that you'd like to cancel your course. If you do wish to cancel then you'll need to let us know. You can do this in the booking inside of My Revolution Learning. If you have made a booking with us, you can view them in My Revolution Learning. You'll need to login to the site first of all. You can do this here. If you can't remember your password then you can reset it. See this article for details on resetting your password. Once logged in, click Bookings from the menu. You can move your booking to a different course date in My Revolution Learning providing your current course date is more than 14 days away for in-person courses and more than 7 days away for online courses. Once logged in, select Bookings from the menu and click the booking you need to change. See the How to View Your Bookings article for more details on finding your booking. If you no longer want to attend a course in-person and would like to attend an online virtual course instead, you can easily make this change in My Revolution Learning. Booking confirmations are only sent to email address of the person completing the booking form and not to individual delegates. If you are the booker and haven't received a confirmation email, check your spam/junk folder in case it's found its way into there. If not, let us know by messenger and we can check this for you. We may need you to confirm your email address. If you are a delegate, you will need to contact the person who can access the email address used in the booking.
