My payment has been declined. Why?

There are 2 common reasons why the payment form will decline your payment:
  1. If the response includes a statement similar to 'processor decline', this means that your bank is declining the payment. You should double check all of the details you have added to the form and try again. If it still fails you will need to contact your bank for further information
  2. If the message includes the letters AVS, this means that the address you have added to the form doesn’t match that of the one where your statements are sent. Only certain card issuers check this. You may need to double check your card statement and ensure the address on there matches the address you are adding to the form. You can also try to submit the form without any address details. They are not required fields and this seems to work on most occasion
