Can I Get a VAT Invoice/Receipt?
Where a booking has been made and the option to pay by invoice selected as the payment method, a VAT invoice will be emailed to you 14 days before the course date for in-person courses and 7 days for online courses.
If you opted to pay by card, a VAT receipt will be emailed along with your joining instructions 14 days before the course date for in-person courses and 7 days for online courses.
If you selected pay by invoice and then pay the invoice you received by card, we'll send an updated invoice around 48 hours after payment showing a zero balance and marked paid.
If you don't receive this or need it sooner, just let us know and we'll have that sent over to you as soon as we can.
From the 2nd of March 2023, invoices will also be available to download from the booking overview page.
