AVS Does Not Match

AVS Does Not Match

If you are having issues making a card payment then one of the most common reasons we see for this is linked to an address check.

If the response message includes the letters AVS, this means that the address you have added to the form doesn’t match that of the one where your statements are sent. Only certain card issuers check this. You may need to double check your card statement and ensure the address on there matches the address you are adding to the form.
You can also try to submit the form without any address details. They are not required fields and this seems to work on most occasions
