Make Changes to A Booking
You can make changes to an existing booking from My Revolution Learning.
The changes you can make are:
Changing/Adding/Removing delegates
Billing details
Adding special requirements
Adding a purchase order
Change to a different course date
Changing to a different course date and removing delegates are only possible providing there are more than 14 days to the course date for in-person courses and 7 or more days to to the course date for online courses.
To change to a different course date, see this article for details on how to do this. For everything else:
Login to My Revolution Learning
Click Bookings in the main menu
Click the booking you would like to make changes to
Click the Edit button at the top of the page
Make any changes to the delegates in page 1. Click next
Make any changes to the billing details in page 2
Click Submit Booking
If you originally paid by card and the changes cause a change in the price, you will either be re-directed to a payment screen to make payment for any additional charges. If the change reduces the cost, we'll process a refund for the difference within 48 hours. Note that refunds can take 7 to 10 days to re-appear back onto your card.
You will receive a new booking confirmation email once complete.
