I haven't Received My Booking Confirmation

Booking confirmations are only sent to email address of the person completing the booking form and not to individual delegates.

If you are the booker and haven't received a confirmation email, check your spam/junk folder in case it's found its way into there.

If not, let us know by messenger and we can check this for you. We may need you to confirm your email address.

If you are a delegate, you will need to contact the person who can access the email address used in the booking. You will receive joining instructions nearer to the time of your course, but not the initial booking confirmation email.
