How Do I Cancel a Booking?
As per our booking terms and conditions, there may be charges for canceling. See this article for more details.
We're sorry to hear that you'd like to cancel your course. If you do wish to cancel then you'll need to let us know.
You can do this in the booking inside of My Revolution Learning.
To cancel your booking:
Click Bookings in the menu
Select the booking you want to cancel
Click the red Cancel button
Provide a reason for cancelling
Click the toggle to confirm you want to cancel
Click the orange Submit button
You will return to the booking where the status will now be updated.
If you booked an online course and paid by card, we'll process the refund within 48 hours. The payment will take 7 to 10 days to be returned to your card.
If when clicking the cancel button a pop-up appears to say that the booking cannot be cancelled, this means that the booking is now within the no cancellation period and cannot be cancelled and still must be paid for.
