Download a Certificate for a Delegate I Booked

If you need to download a copy of a certificate for a delegate that you booked onto a course, you can do this via My Revolution Learning after the course is complete.

This only applies to open course bookings. We are working on providing the same action for in-house delegates too.

Here's how to download a certificate for a delegate:

Click Bookings in the menu
Select the Past Bookings tab
Locate and click the course attended
Click the green Certificate button next to the delegate
Check the details are correct. You can adjust the text size of the course name and delegate name if either runs outside of the border when produced
Select if you want to email the certificate by clicking the toggle. If so, you will need to provide an email address
Click the orange View Certificate button
Once produced, you can print, save or download using the buttons in the top right of the window. If you asked for this to be emailed, it will will have been sent now too
